Participating alongside various colleges and universities from across the Philippines, the GMC Track and Field Team demonstrated discipline, perseverance, and competitive excellence throughout the week-long sporting event. The team successfully earned a total of three (3) gold medals, four (4) silver medals, and seventeen (17) bronze medals, marking another milestone for the institution’s Sports Development Program (SDP).

Minuel Joy Viral and Summer Morante each secured one gold and one silver medal, while Christine Diaz added another gold medal for the team. The outgoing student-athletes Daisy Rivera and Charlaine Deocampo also delivered strong performances, each finishing with one silver and two bronze medals, contributing significantly to the team’s overall success in the competition.

Additional bronze medalists from the Women’s Team included Christine Jane Justol, Chammy Requiron, Jercel Ann Alvaro, Weliza Esplana, and Karen Mae Pelegria, whose performances reflected the team’s depth and consistency throughout the tournament.

Together with Summer Morante, Charlaine Deocampo, and Christine Jane Justol, the young athletes continue to build a promising foundation for the future of the Women’s Team.
