The Office of the Administrative and Financial Services or OAFS serves as the support arm of the institution. It handles Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and other Administrative Services to help ensure the smooth daily operations of the College.

The office also helps maintain proper coordination, documentation, compliance with institutional and government requirements, and support services needed by all offices and units.
